Ready-made paintings

You are buying the original painting described on its product page, with my signature and certificate of authenticity, supplied without a decorative frame. For a non-personalised painting bought online, you generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Email me with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

Personalised paintings

Your painting is made specifically from your request. The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to clearly personalised goods (Article L221-28(3) of the French Consumer Code). This does not remove your statutory rights if the painting is faulty or does not match the agreed description. The production month and estimated dispatch date are shown before checkout.

Lessons at home

One-to-one lessons are for children aged 7 to 12 and must be booked by an adult. Each two-hour lesson costs €55, including materials and travel within the accepted service area. Your summary lists every selected date and time. Booking is confirmed after payment. For a cancellation or rescheduling request, email me with the relevant dates. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Payment and statutory guarantees

Available payment methods, any shipping charges and the total due are shown in Shopify’s secure checkout before final confirmation. I will never ask for your card details by email. Statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply under the conditions set by law, including to personalised works.
